REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
As part of our Final Clearance and Brand Closing Sale, all items are sold at final sale prices.
Please read the following information carefully before completing your purchase.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased during our Final Clearance / Brand Closing are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect size, or preference.
This applies to:
- Hoodies
- T-Shirts
- Headwear
- Bundles
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return or refund.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@zedattire.com, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Where a return is approved, items must be sent back to us within 14 days of approval.
Return Conditions
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in 'as new' condition
- All original packaging must be included (including dust bags)
- All tags must be intact and not removed
- Proof of purchase must be included with the return
Any items returned remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
Exclusions
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed as faulty
- Replacement items are subject to stock availability
- No exchanges are available due to limited final stock
